  • Brief Description: This is a free website similar to Facebook, where teachers can create their own classroom group to post notes, alerts, assignments, quizzes, and polls. Students and parents both have access to the classroom groups to keep up with school work, news, events, and monitor the student's progress.

  • Brief Description:GeoGebra is a free useful math resource where teachers and students could create worksheets (or quizzes), share and access to thousands of free materials created by other users. The resource covers interactive topics like geometry, algebra, statistics and calculus that can be used from elementary school through university. This resource is offered in multiple languages and available for desktops and tablets. The resource has lots of helpful resources such as online manual, tutorials, blog, wiki, forum and conferences.

  • Brief Description: Khan Academy is a free online resource where students and teachers can access online tutorials and activities to assist with student learning. Almost all problems have several different people showing their work (so you get multiple perspectives) and they are done in English and Spanish.   • Brief Description: Microsoft Excel is an overlooked but highly versatile tool which can be used to complement classroom learning. With some understanding of how the program works, a teacher can develop applications ("Excelets") for student knowledge to solidify understanding of new materials, provoke further thought on a subject, or assist struggling students to grasp difficult concepts.   • Brief Description: Real World Math is a free online website containing Math and Science technology-based activities for Google Earth. This resource is highly encouraged since it is free for educators and the activities emphasize problem solving, active learning and higher level thinking skills.
